Abu Hurayrah (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates that the Messenger of Allah (peace and salvation be upon him) said:
“The best day on which the sun rises is Friday: on this day Adam was created, on this day he was entered into Heaven, and on this day He was cast away.” »

Authentic. - Reported by Muslim.

The explanation

☀️ The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) informs that the best day on which the sun rises is Friday, because on this day Adam was created, the Father of Mankind, whom Allah, to Him the Power and the Majesty, created by His Hand. Indeed Allah created him from clay on a day of Friday. And it was on that day that he was entered into Paradise, the home [where every member of mankind will wish to take refuge]; Allah and his wife entered there. It is also a Friday that He ordered him to leave Paradise not to humiliate him, but by decree of Allah's wisdom.

About my father Harira - may Allah be pleased with him - saying: "The best day on which the sun has risen is the day of Friday: in it Adam was created, in it he entered Paradise, and in it he came out of it."
