LAUNCHING OF 2026 SRC WEEK CELEBRATION

Today, 17th July, 2026, Enchi College of Education successfully organised a Fire Safety Education Programme for staff and students in collaboration with the Ghana National Fire Service (GNFS).

The training equipped participants with practical knowledge and skills in fire prevention, risk assessment, emergency response, evacuation procedures, and general fire safety awareness. Participants also witnessed practical demonstrations on the proper use of fire extinguishers and the appropriate actions to take during fire emergencies.

The College expresses its sincere appreciation to the officers of the Ghana National Fire Service for their professionalism, insightful presentations, and practical demonstrations. We also thank all staff and students who attended and contributed to the success of the programme.

Fire safety is everyone's responsibility. Together, we can build a safer and more prepared campus community.

Enchi College of Education is set to hold its Internal General Clean-Up Exercise on Saturday, 6th June 2026, from 6:00 a.m. to 8:00 a.m. as part of efforts to promote environmental sanitation and maintain a clean and healthy campus environment.

The exercise, organized by Management in collaboration with the SRC, will involve student teachers from Levels 100, 200, and 300 and will be thoroughly supervised by the Grounds Work and Sanitation Prefect, Atta Shadrack, to ensure effective coordination and successful ex*****on.

The initiative forms part of the College's commitment to fostering environmental responsibility, community participation, and a culture of cleanliness among students.

Management and the SRC have encouraged all participants to turn out in their numbers and contribute meaningfully towards making the campus cleaner, healthier, and more conducive for teaching and learning.
