Hey, guys!

Everest language center has changed the format and the approach to language learning. Following the changes in the management, the structure and the content of the courses has been reviewed:

1. From September 1, 2015 we are going to run 2 types of classes for the students: AE - academic English, following school program and school books, and SC - speaking classes, arranged into level groups following Cambridge system (St, Mov, Fly, KET, PET) + Speaking club.
2. AE classes will take place on week days while SC will be scattered over the weekend timetable mostly. Students' preferences as for the timetable will be taken into account.
3. Every course will last for 1 year during which the learners will cover 2 books and take 2 Cambridge tests to assess their level. AE classes will include extra testing. After a final course examination the students will pass on to the next level.
4. Tuition fee has been reduced significantly. Now the students will pay up to 60% less than before. A monthly payment will be affordable to everyone.
5. The center will also open classes for training in other school subjects, such as maths, physics, chemistry, etc.
6. The most diligent and loyal students will be awarded.

To join the center and begin your new course, please come to Nam Ban sports center on Saturday (29.08.2015) afternoon or evening anytime from 14.00 to 20.00 to take a placement test. We will assess your speaking skills and place you in the appropriate class. If you have any questions, please contact Ms Nhung.

Hey, guys! How is it going?
We are all excited about the oncoming summer holidays, and the life at Nam Ban sports center is getting livelier and more animated! You seem to have some free time now, so why not use it for good?
Therefore, we are happy to invite you to Everest to join the English language course this summer. It's gonna last for 3 months, after which you will decide what, how and when you're going to study. We reopen the Connect English Speaking Club for the students of Everest. You will benefit from new programs aimed at practical speaking skills and entertaining learning activities and events.

Guys, Everest Center and Connect Club announce a photo contest dedicated to the coming of the spring. The participants will be expected to take pictures of them with the spring nature which means there should be much green in the photo. After all the pictures are submitted, they will be posted on this page and start gathering "Likes". You can promote your photo by sharing it with your friends. The picture that gathers most Likes during the week will be the winner and its owner will be awarded accordingly! ;)
Only the students of Everest Language Center and Connect Club members can take part!

After having worked for a couple of years, I realized my strength is working with a large amount of work within a short period of time. I get things done on time and my manager always appreciated it.

This might be bad, but when I studied in university I found that I was not being detail oriented enough. I always want to accomplish as much as possible. But I realized this hurts the quality and I’m currently working on finding a balance between quantity and quanlity.

I have experience about 2 years in maketing and I’m a dynamic, creative and friendly person. Besides that, I’m a team player who has been interpersonal skills. So I think that I’m a good fit for this position.

I know that I manage my time well because I’m never late to work and I never missed dealine. I always make a planning out what I have to do for the whole week.

Phân biệt như thế nào say, speak, tell, talk
1. SAY: nói ra, nói rằng
Là động từ có tân ngữ, chú trọng nội dung được nói ra.
VD: Please say it again in English.
2. SPEAK: nói ra lời, phát biểu
Thường dùng làm động từ không có tân ngữ. Khi có tân ngữ thì chỉ là một số ít từ chỉ sự thật "truth".
VD: I speak Chinese. I don’t speak Japanese.
Notes: Khi muốn "nói với ai" thì dùng speak to sb hay speak with sb.
VD:She is speaking to our teacher.
3. TELL: cho biết, chú trọng, sự trình bày
Thường gặp trong các cấu trúc: tell sb sth (nói với ai điều gì), tell sb to do sth (bảo ai làm gì), tell sb about sth (cho ai biết về điều gì).
VD:We tell him about the bad new.
4. TALK: chuyện trò
Thường gặp trong cấu trúc: talk with sb (chuyện trò với ai).
VD:What are they talking about?

If I "tell" you that you can "speak" English better if you "talk" a lot with native speakers, will you "say" yes?
