We are excited to announce that the Graduate Student Senate (GSS) Annual Trip will take place on Saturday, April 11th. We are heading to the vibrant city of New York. Join us to experience the diverse culture, breathtaking sights, and the energy of the city that never sleeps.

Travel Expectations

To ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for everyone, we kindly remind you of the importance of punctuality. The buses will depart exactly at the scheduled times. Out of fairness to all participants who arrive on time, we cannot delay departure for late arrivals.

Please plan to arrive at least 30 minutes before departure to allow enough time for check‑in and boarding.

Event Schedule

Date: Saturday, April 11, 2026

Reporting time (parking lot 4): 4:45 AM

Departure from Campus: 5:00 AM

Arrival in NYC: 10:00 AM - 11:00 AM (Bryant Park/NY Public Library)

Reporting Time (NYC): 9:15 PM

Departure from NYC: 9:30 PM

Return to College: 2:00 AM - 3:00 AM (Sunday, April 12)

Important Notes

Registration will open at 5pm today (3.27.2026), and is limited to currently enrolled graduate students.

Tickets are non-refundable, and non-transferable; Sales will close once all seats are filled.

Must complete the Assumption of Risk and Release Form - Spring 2026 and save an electronic copy; This is mandatory for participation. 

Please plan your own individual or group itinerary to explore the city's wonders; no tour guide will be provided!
