In our intro design class, our students had the opportunity to design their own beautiful half-dozen rose arrangements. It was great to see their creativity come to life as they worked through each step and put their own unique touch on every design!

Who’s ready for CAFNR Unlimited🎉🐯 Our students have been hard at work this week designing and making arrangements for this years event.
Our students showcased their skills in wedding floral design with beautiful centerpieces. Each design included a floral frog, leaf manipulation, reflexing petals, grouping, and more!

It’s been a busy few weeks in Special Occasions!
They started out by incorporating live plants into their floral designs. This was a cool way for them to create a unique arrangement and be able to keep some of the plants out of it after the fresh product wilted!
This past week they created prom floral “tattoos” by glueing floral products to KT tape! Their designs turned out amazing!!

Special Occasions students had a unique opportunity to create tablescape arrangements with product locally sourced from Happy Hollow Farm! Instead of normal vases, they were challenged to create their arrangements in gourds that they hollowed out. They worked very hard throughout the week with their group members to bring their “farm-to-table” design to life!

Last week, intro students had the chance to create pin on corsages in lab! This design required more small detail work due to all of the wiring and taping they had to do!

Students in Everyday Floral design were asked to complete two arrangements in one class period! They designed their Hogarth Curve arrangement first and then took it apart and used the same product to create their Crescent arrangement!

This week, students in Intro completed a half dozen rose arrangement. This is the largest arrangement they’ll make throughout the 8-weeks!
