Well , soemtimes it do take a little boost and own family member to lead by example , and so your love ones will do it as well .

His wife started with me and lost over 9kg , and she is determined to get his hubby to regain back his health , his hubby who is a very loving /supportive cooperative husband give his 💯 to his wife as well !

Following the plans , kicking in daily herbalife nutrition meal plans , diligently following active lifestyle, he has lost over 12kg and of course working on more gradual results !
