基本の型と、それをどう武器を用いた技に応用するかを教えながら、村松先生は一文字の型についてこう説明されました。

一文字の型（上段受け）とは、前方の腕と体の動きにて近間遠間の受け、去なし、砕き等を内包しています。
また相手攻撃を45度を基本にして斜めに去なすことを学びます。
波返しの動きや、相手の攻めの狭間を取る動きを体得します。
さらに起転拳の打ち方、3つの方法を知ることです。基本は極意に通じます。

While teaching a class on the use of kihon kata and how it applies to weapons use, Muramatsu Sensei broke down Ichimonji no kata with this explanation:

« Ichimonji, specifically using the front arm in jodan uke in conjunction with the body, can create ample distance to receive, evade, crush, etc. That is the understanding of this kata. You will also learn to utilize a 45 degree basic angle of receiving against attacks from an opponent and apply things such as namigaeshi to comprehend how to capture the space of an opponent. Furthermore, you will also understand the application of the three methods of kitenken. Gokui is understood through the kihon. »

構えについて
構えは其の物が防備、捌きであり　相手を崩す形体であり、攻撃の体勢であります。
構えは武術的動き。即ち　体の中心線を垂直に保ちつつ　安定した重心の移動を行う為の形体であります。
又、心構えと覚悟を内包するものです。
玉虎流の構えは
①平の構え
②一文字構え
③飛鳥の構え
④十文字の構え
⑤防備の構え
⑥天地陰陽の構え
⑦龍豹風雲の構え
⑧虎変子持虎の構え
⑨汎溢水十字の構え

等　ありますが

今回は大切な基本となる「一文字の構え」「飛鳥の構え」「十文字の構え」の基本的な形を紹介します
構えを含み基本は極意に繋がる教えです
正しく学んでください。

今日の写真は一文字の構え。素直で正しき心を貫く姿です。

Kamae refers to both a defensive and offensive posture utilized to disrupt an opponent. It involves maintaining a stable center and balanced movement, throughout. The postures also reflect one’s own mental attitude and determination.

In Gyokko-ryu, there are various kamae, including:
1. Shizen no kamae
2. Ichimonji no kamae
3. Hicho no kamae
4. Jumonji no kamae
5. Boubi no kamae
6. Tenchi in-yo no kamae
7. Ryu-hyou-fuun no kamae
8. Kohen komochi tora no kamae
9. Hanitsu sui juuji no kamae
Etc.

In the next few installments, we will illustrate the fundamental forms of Ichimonji no kamae, Hicho no kamae, and Jumonji no kamae. These first basic kamae are essential to gaining a deeper understanding of the art and it is critical to learn them correctly.

Today’s photos are of Ichimonji no kamae, which is representative of an honest and righteous heart.

師範村松幸龍は武道家の家系に生まれ、幼少時より60年以上武術の道を歩んできました。

22歳で宗家初見良昭師の門下生となり、以来受け継いだ流派の研鑽に励んでいます。古武術だけでなく、剣道、居合道、空手、沖縄古武道などにも習熟しています。

現在は千葉県野田市で整体院を経営しながら、武術と医学の密接な関係に情熱を注いでおり、それは両分野へのより深い理解にも繋がっています。

Shihan Muramatsu Koryu was born into a family of martial artists and has been walking the path of Budo since childhood-a time spanning over 60 years.

At the age of 22, he became a disciple of Soke Hatsumi Masaaki and has since dedicated himself to mastering the arts transmitted through his various ryu-ha. Aside from Kobujutsu, he is also accomplished in such disciplines as Kendo, Iaido, Karate, and Okinawan Kobudo.

He currently runs a seitai clinic in Noda City, Chiba prefecture, and passionately explores the close relationship between the martial arts and traditional medicine. This pursuit has led him to a deeper understanding of both fields.
