Carlos Gonzalez had a sophomore season to remember- quietly dominating races all year. He picked up the Empire 8 title in the 400 IM while also taking podium finishes in the 200 breaststroke and 200 IM. He also established a new pool record at the McLane Athletic Center in the 200 breast, along with setting 2 opposing pool records at SUNY Brockport’s James B. Fulton Natatorium and Hobart’s Bristol Pool. He set program records in the 200 IM and 400 IM. Gonzalez was also awarded 2 Saxon weekly awards. ⚔️

Record-breaker. ⚔️

Youssef Amr Abdallatif had an unreal rookie season- dominating the Empire 8 in backstroke along with earning 5 E8 Weekly awards and 5 Saxon Weekly awards. He broke records at the Alfred University McLane Natatorium, SUNY Brockport’s James B. Fulton Natatorium, Hobart College’s Bristol Pool, Nazareth University’s Pool, SUNY Geneseo’s Alumni Pool, Hartwick College’s Moyer Pool as well as establishing 3 new program records.
