Tomorrow is the day!

We cant wait to meet new members in the community and show you our gym!

Do you know David? He's celebrating 2 YEARS as the owner of Elevate Fitness - Pulaski and he would love for you to stop by on Saturday, check out his amazing gym, and learn more about him and the services he offers right here in our community.

Elevate Fitness is also one of the Pulaski Area Chamber's newest members, and we're BIG fans of celebrating our local businesses.

Swing over to 1146 Mountain Bay Trail in Pulaski's Mountain Bay Plaza TOMORROW between 9a-12p for fun, freebies, and fitness. David's got a lot of passion for the work he does, and we're grateful he chose to bring that work to Pulaski.

See you there!

Pulaski Senior Elizabeth just finished up 4 months of training with us to prepare for her Soccer season! Through hard work, she vastly improved her strength, speed, and overall athleticism. We also worked with her on nutrition, and other things she can do outside of the gym to improve her performance. Elizabeth turned herself into an impressive athlete, in such a short time. Check out what she can do!

👏1 Year In!

Joe has made huge strides in his first year of personal training here at Elevate. With all his limitations, our goal has been to help him increase mobility and strength, so that he can do more in life! A year ago, Joe was very sedentary, and needed his wheelchair in most situations to get around. Today, that has all changed!

Admittedly, we push the limits. I challenge him with new movements, and try to find ways to get creative in working his weak side. All his life, he's been told "He can't" and that "He won't be able" to do certain things. We are determined to prove them wrong.

With cerebral palsy, the severe muscle imbalance and disrupted muscle-to-mind connection makes proper movement patterns borderline impossible. Our mission has been to strengthen his lower body, improve knee valgus (previous ACL injury) and improve gait. Along with that, moving his weak side, to stimulate blood flow and muscle activity, has been a big goal as well!

He continues to defy the odds, and is now able to do movements such as weighted squats, deadlifts, step-ups, wall sits, and shoulder raises! Besides that, he's also improved his overall health and well-being. Here's a few of his many accomplishments:

✅Walks (unassisted) and stretches daily
✅Vastly improved cardiovascular health
✅Increased 30lbs on leg curls & leg extension
✅Improved nutrition & hydration

I'm so proud of how far Joe has come, and how dedicated he is to training. He is truly inspiring and continues to amaze me!

Check out what he can do! 💪

This past weekend, our member Nicole Challis competed in a half marathon! She has been training hard for this race the last six months, and we were excited to see what she could do on race day!

As it always does, hard work pays off 💪 Nicole finished the race 20 minutes faster than she did 4 years ago! 🏅

Her consistency and dedication led her to success. She was able to make the time 3-4 days a week to train, and stay on her program. This was not easy, especially with a young family at home. But, she found a way to make it happen.

Great work Nicole!! 👏

Meet Corey Wagner!!

Corey was one of the very first members to join Elevate when we opened last year! He signed up for our Coaching plan, and has worked really hard to see results. We've focused on strength to improve his joint health, priotized hip and core movements, and dialed in his nutrition. Check out these stats!

- Lost 25lbs this year, has lost 40+lbs since 2022
- BF% from 19.8% to 14.4%
- Logged 1,000+ miles running, including 675 before 5AM!
- Resting heart rate now down to 51 bpm
- Joint pain is now gone! He's increased strength and improved mobility
- Cholesterol, Glucose, and Liver Enzymes all back in healthy ranges

Corey says: "The monthly InBody scans have given me some great insight behind the number on the scale. It's more than just about losing weight"

Keep working hard Corey! With your work ethic and dedication, the sky's the limit!!
