As the new list of Scopus-indexed journals are out now, I made a non-exhaustive list of Scopus-indexed journals based in or published by institutions in Southeast Asia that have no article processing charges/publication fees. I have not included Indonesian and Singaporean journals yet as they have so many journals to explore.

To ensure that qualified faculty, researchers, and graduating students have ample time to finalize and submit their applications, the new deadline for submission is June 19, 2026.

This specialized track under the Fulbright Foreign Student Program supports future Filipino leaders in advancing a robust local space ecosystem. The scholarship provides full funding for Masterโ€™s Degrees (up to 2 years), and Doctoral Studies (up to 2 years).
