Do you have something to say to your past self? Possibly an apology or an acknowledgment? Do you want something for your future… a healthier life, a new adventure? ✨
What if whispering to yourself in the mirror could help heal your past and create your future? What if time isn’t linear, but actually happening all at once, which means you can soothe your past or create your future with just a gentle whisper in the mirror? 🪞
Why the mirror? Because it symbolizes different dimensions, which is what we are accessing when we go backwards or forwards in time. See yourself then, now, and beyond, where you can forgive, acknowledge, and manifest your dreams 💫
What are you here to do on this Earth, and would a little whisper session or two help you let go of the past and design your future the way you truly want it to be? Let’s all try it together next time we walk past a mirror 🪽
Who believes this could help us move forward in the best direction possible? ✨
We love rebounding and teach it across all of our platforms, in case this looks fun to you 🥰 (We teach all of our workouts fully clothed 😉 )
I Jump Instead ✨
Sometimes we bounce in freedom because it feels good to let go 💫
Lots of Trophy, fully expressed love 🪽

I came to rebounding to get in shape, but I got so much more than that. I was humbled, to be honest. I didn’t realize how much adapting there was to rebounding, which ironically had me coming back for more.
This was a mysterious new world that felt like a secret way of living, where I felt like I was doing it differently from everyone else, and I knew there was something profound happening inside my body.
I was getting stretched deeper than ever before—my muscles, tendons, and ligaments getting tested daily—exposing my true weaknesses and reflecting my busy mind. It forced me to slow down, but in a gentle, soothing, inviting way that kept me more consistent than I’ve ever been.
The rebounder was always right there in my home, giving me endless opportunities to try again and again, never giving up on me. I just kept going—exploring, figuring it out, feeling change, seeing change, being changed.
It was finally happening, something I had wanted for so long, so deeply. I was transforming, inside and out. Nothing was getting missed. I was getting stronger, more flexible, healthier, happier, calmer—all because I was always invited back, again and again.
I couldn’t stop, because it was too easy, too fun, too rewarding, too comforting—the things I needed to stay committed, focused, and determined to find myself again and be happy again.
It happened, and it keeps happening. It never stops.
Rebounding goes as deep as the ocean, still a world left to discover, which keeps me curious, awake, excited for more.
This is it. I have discovered my answer, my secret to longevity, the answer to my prayers.
It came to me, just like it came to you. This is accessible to everyone, all over the world. We all can rebound and find our way, discover our true selves, and see what we’re meant to be on this Earth. (IJumpInstead.com 👉 )
We’re all destined to be great. We’re all diamonds. We’re all special—lucky to be alive, here for a reason.
Rebounding made this happen for me, and it will for you too. 👉 I Jump Instead YouTube ❤️

Don’t give up — there’s always rebounding! ❤️🩹
I injured my ankle running down Mount Si and thought I’d never walk normally again. Eight years later, it still hadn’t healed.
Then I tried a rebounder. At first, I sat and gently bounced—and immediately felt my body getting stronger. Slowly, I started incorporating physical therapy movements on the rebounder: low, controlled calf raises, letting my injured ankle hang over the side, and lay bouncing while gently pumping my feet weightlessly in the air. Over time, these simple movements healed my ankle. 🥹
Now, my joints feel strong, my balance is solid, and I can move with confidence — my rebounder has literally rebuilt my body from the resistance mat up.
I use the Cellerciser rebounder, which is very powerful, but anyone can start gently and build their way up. If you want a softer start, the JumpSport 350 Pro is a great option.
Don’t give up hope — rebounding can strengthen your joints, improve your health, and change your life. 🌎

2 key differences between rebounders and vibration plates:
• Vibration plates rely on electricity. Rebounders rely on you.
• A rebounder lets you actually jump—standing, sitting, even laying. A vibration plate doesn’t.
If you’re deciding between a rebounder or a vibration plate and can’t have both (we only use a rebounder 😉), focus on these two things.
Electricity:
Rebounder ❌ Vibration Plate ✅
Actively jumping:
Rebounder ✅ Vibration Plate ❌
They might not make or break your decision—but if you like the idea of not needing electricity (we’re currently in Mexico 🇲🇽 with our Tri-Fold Cellerciser on the front porch 🌅), and the ability to actively jump like you did as a kid—whether on a backyard trampoline or your bed 🥰—a rebounder is the way to go.
There are benefits to both, but keeping it this simple helps you avoid going in circles trying to choose.
The rebounders we love and trust (including this traveling Tri-Fold Cellerciser) are on our website: Ijumpinstead.com 🌺
