Anabelle Scott takes home 1x Bronze and 2x Silver Medals.

Our ADP Athlete Anabelle took up Kobudo only nine weeks prier to the competition, learning an advanced Katana Kata which she showcased at the WUKF World Karate Federation's 11th Kanzen Cup International Open. This makes her the only Junior competitor using a Katana in competition in the UK.

Anabelle not only represent Kizuna Karate Scotland but Geez A Gi, and should be very proud of her achievements as we all are.

She is just starting out and we can't wait to see what she does next, watch this space.

We’re incredibly proud of Lyla, one of the youngest and newest members of our Kumite squad. Since joining us late last year at just 7 years old, she’s been putting in the work and it’s really starting to show. Sharp technique, great attitude, and a determination beyond her years—Lyla is one to watch!

Keep pushing, Lyla. The hard work is paying off and we’re excited to see where your journey takes you!

Huge shoutout to Kirsty Blair for signing up and giving Kumite a go for the first time at the seminar! 💪🔥 She did an amazing job, stepping up with great energy and giving it her all. Can’t wait to see her at future Kumite classes — looks like we’ve got a new fighter in the making! 👊😁

Great fun running Kumite drills with such a wide range of abilities on Sunday at the Kizuna Karate Scotland seminar! 🥋🔥 It was amazing to see everyone there, pushing themselves, and engaging with such great energy and smiles 😃💪 Truly grateful to be part of such a dedicated and positive group - great start to the year ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

🥋Great turnout! 🥋

We had a fantastic turnout at our annual seminar today. A huge thank you to the senseis who gave up their time to teach and share their knowledge.

We are incredibly proud of how our club has grown over the past year and deeply grateful for the continued support from our members. We are excited for what 2025 and beyond will bring, especially with our upcoming seminar featuring martial arts expert Iain Abernethy at the end of the year!

A big thank you to Nicola, Ashley, Chris, Aaron, and Kyle for all the hard work they’ve put into building our federation.
