Good afternoon everyone if you haven’t done so already, please make sure to do the following:

1) Upload your immunization record to Medproctor. We CANNOT accept it via email or in person. It must be uploaded to Medproctor.

2) Check your application status online to see if you are missing any documents. We are currently in the process of finalizing schedules.

3) For those who haven’t submitted FINAL transcripts please do so ASAP.
