Anchored on the MATATAG: Bansang Makabata, Batang Makabansa Agenda, particularly the goal to "[M]ake the curriculum relevant to produce competent and job-ready, active, and responsible citizens". We, educators, advocate our learners to absorb and develop their 21st century skills in order to be prepared with the life long learning and real world situation.

MATATAG CURRICULUM Training for Grade 7 Teachers

Spearheaded by our most delightful, and intellectual school principal, Mr. Zosimo B. Gomez, who shared his expertise in the field of mathematics and shows resilience, excellence and enthusiasm in giving his insightful ideas about the different strategies, methods and techniques on teaching the new curriculum.

This will not be possible without the support, and guidance of the Mathematics 7 and 8 Department Head, Mrs. Evelyn C. Ramos II, sharing her creative thoughts and deep thinking on how can the teachers strategize teaching the learners based on the new competencies and preparing the students to become future-ready in the real world experiences.

We soar high and are totally equipped to face the curriculum leading to the brighter future of our learners.

According to the saying of Paul Geraldy,
"We must look alike a little bit
to understand each other,
But you have to be a little different to love each other." This reflects on how the young teachers adapt and reconnect one another in building their future ahead.

For the past 3 months, the journey of the internship of the following Student Teachers has come to an end. Equipped with the vast experience, strategies and techniques both discovered by themselves and through the guidance of all the cooperating teachers. It is indeed a productive experience of reality by preparing them on how generation works and connects each teachers preparing them for their future.

Congratulations and may you spread all the good news you all have experience to the school and from mathematics department.

GAD Venture and Team Building

As part of the growth of individual is a team that are bound together. This team building gives us an avenue to get to know each member of the group and build the trust and camaderie of everyone. Teachers are indeed productive if they build a close bond and relationship in the school and community.

This experience will not be possible without the support of the school, administration and staff in order to develop not only concerning to its professional growth but also its holistic development through its personal and social growth with the given time and budget allotted for the Gender and Development.

May this experience empower the real objective of working together in harmonious and productive individual.

GAD Venture, Seminar and Team Building

It is indeed a fruitful and productive experience to be with the colleagues whom inspired us to grow and mold the future of our learners.

We are very inspired on the excerpts given by Ma'am Evelyn P. Waperi whom shares with us her expertise on the 21st Century Skills for Teachers and Learners. Learners from generation to generation is indeed changing and teachers must be equipped and prepared for those vast changes.

It is a privilege when we learn how to understand our learners based on its generation gap in order for us to integrate and motivate the learners according to their abilities and skills.

(GAD) Gender and Development Venture, D.O. 32 s. 2017 re: Gender Responsive Basic Education Policy which commits to integrate the principle of gender equity and equality.

With this, empowering equity among genders was emphasized by the first speaker, Felmar M. Cardanio, Ed.D. which talks about RA 9710 or the Magna Carta for Women. This human rights law seeks to eliminate the discrimination through the recognition, protection, fulfillment and promotion of the rights of Filipino Women.

This enlighten us with the equality and equity of human rights and in order to suffice it, men must be there to witness all its rights in order to promote gender equality among men and women.
