Today we had the pleasure of welcoming our friend, Sensei Anders. It was a day full of learning, sharing many fascinating technical details of Shorinji Kempo that help us continue growing as practitioners.

Anders is 7th Dan in Shorinji Kempo techniques… but probably 14th Dan in kindness, generosity, and being an exceptional human being. He has always been there to help me, and that is something I truly appreciate.
