What’s your favorite way to practice before a tournament?

I had a Good early morning practice on windy 30 deg. morning. W/ Driving range all to our self, getting ready for tomorrow’s tournament.

This was an awesome Side by Side comparison sent to me by my young students dad. He took this picture during our lesson this week. We have him working on Ben Hogan lower body work and focusing on rotation and power created through the ground. Now he looks like a young new Ben Hogan.

Here is a great workout to help with your game! This is from a workout w/ this is a great core strengthening and conditioning workout. You can also work on your swing while doing it. At first we are focused on her hip rotation and finishing the swing. This will help it become effortless and more powerful when she has the club in her hand. Later on we worked on getting her to throw the Medicine ball out the right side of the wall. This will help her better create the feel for the in to out swing/path we would like to see her do more of w/ her Driver. @ 24 Hour Fitness - Tanasbourne Relo, OR
