Most people don’t even realize how overstimulated they’ve become.

Constant notifications.
Constant input.
Constant comparison.
Constant noise.

Your nervous system never gets a break.

A few things that helped me:
🔵 App timers
🔵 Bedtime mode/grayscale
🔵 Checking screen time weekly
🔵 Training my algorithm toward growth instead of distraction

Your phone can either:
Drain your energy…
or develop your mind.

Your phone might be controlling more of your life than you realize.

Here are 3 things that helped me take some control back:

🔵 Check your screen time dashboard
Most people never even look at where their time is going.

🔵 Set app timers
If an app keeps pulling you in… limit it.
When the timer runs out, you’re done for the day.

🔵 Turn on bedtime mode
Grayscale mode gives your brain a cue that it’s time to get off your phone and go to sleep instead of scrolling for another hour.

🔵 Bonus tip:
Train your algorithm.

Your feed becomes a reflection of what you interact with.

I mostly engage with:
Fitness
Business
PT
Health

Your phone is either programming you…
or helping you grow.

Try these 3 things:

🔵 Set app timers
If you KNOW you waste time on certain apps… limit them.
When the timer runs out, you’re done for the day.

🔵 Turn on bedtime mode
The grayscale screen is a simple cue that it’s time to get off your phone, and go to sleep instead of scrolling for another hour.

🔵 Train your algorithm
Like, comment, save, and share content you ACTUALLY want to learn from.

My feed is mostly:
Fitness
Business
PT
Health

Your phone is either programming you…
or helping you grow.

Check your screen time dashboard too… most people have no idea where their phone time is actually going.

You don’t need more time…
you need to start doing this 👇🏼

Most people fill every open space with noise

Work
Sports
Scrolling
Obligations
Distractions

Then wonder why they feel overwhelmed, stuck, and disconnected from themselves

One of the biggest changes I ever made was intentionally creating OPEN space in my calendar

Not to “do more”
Not to be productive

Just to think
Dream
Reflect
Plan
Breathe

If it’s not scheduled… there’s a good chance it never happens

Protect your time like your life depends on it

Because honestly… it does

Comment "DONE" when you've gifted yourself the gift of time

You don’t need more time…
you need to start protecting it.

I used to fill every open space with work, calls, scrolling, noise, and obligations for everyone else.

Now I intentionally leave open space in my week to think, plan, dream, reset, and actually hear myself again.

That simple shift changed my stress levels, my creativity, and honestly… my life.

If it’s not on your calendar, there’s a good chance it never happens.

Save this post… then go claim an hour for yourself.

The most powerful thing I've done is set aside intentional time away from devices and distractions

Being with your thoughts is a lost art

It's time for you to do it now too!

Go plug your sacred 1 hour...or more into your calendar NOW!

I can't wait to hear the things you discover

Don't let the next catastrophe take you by surprise

As the Earth warms, out of characteristic severe weather events will become more common

The best thing to do is prepare your body

You are your own best asset after all

Start with walking: incline treadmill up 30 mins

Next weights: lift a weight and reps that gets you within 2 reps of failure for each exercise

Dial in your sleep and nutrition next to recover from all that exercise

Plus feel the stress relief and mental clarity benefits

Are you ready for the next big storm?

Tell me how you're preparing yourself down below 👇🏼

The 12 day detox launch is TONIGHT

I'm excited to see everyone on the call tonight 😁

In preparation I am soaking my Moong Beans

For all grains and legumes (beans) it's best to soak them with a teaspoon of baking soda for 24 hrs

This starts the breakdown process of the outer shell and limits gas 💨😷

It's not too late to hop on the train

Weight loss or release it's going to be amazing!

If you want in message

Aryaa 12 Day Detox Starting Monday

Message me "DETOX" if you're looking to lose some fat or lose unwanted thoughts

My Intention:

Release thoughts and emotions that are no longer serving me

- Scarcity (I don't have enough *blank*)
- Ambiguity (I'm "trying" to *blank*
🤣 Noticed that one as I was editing, adding that to the list
- Emotions that have been stored
- Anything else that comes up that needs release

DM me "DETOX" to learn more and get your kit

P.S.
OH! and I don't get a kickback, I just really love what this space, Annie, and Kamal have done for me 😁

I've just finished nearly a full week serving on the logistics team for Money and You.

I intended to reengage with the content and absorb some wisdom along the way while serving some of my favorite people ET Stone Kamal Joseph Hans Doria Cordova and Ann Marie Ziegler 🤗

I have lots to unpack with you all, but the first thing I want to share is this album on Spotify.

My friend ET Stone released this album last week on Spotify. It has a Jon Bellion and EDM inspired sound for easy listening and deep immersion. It tells the story of his earned wisdom.

It was an amazing listen last night/ early this morning on my drive back from Charlotte airport 😁

It kept me going, on the road, and was a powerful processor for all the lessons learned this past week! 📈

I strongly recommend checking it out below 👇🏼
