Yesterday, my young yogis left positive messages on the sidewalks at school, then built their own "napping houses" for quiet reflection/coloring/breathing. 'Tis the season to be mindful....

Creating Mandalas for our mindfulness at home practice. New sessions of YAY! Art + Yoga for Kids beginning on Oct. 14th at Eden Park Academy. Today in Kid's yoga we explored the question "So, what IS yoga?" and the young yogis sculpted their ideas in clay. Busy hands, calm minds.

Paddles Up! Paddleboard yoga is back, on the serene side of Lady Bird Lake beginning every Saturday and Sunday in May, from 10am-11am. No Foolin'! Our last session of Kids' Yoga at Kiker Elementary begins on Mon., April 1st, and continues every Monday until May 20th(8 classes). We have a few spots left in the 4:15-5:15 class, it's an amazing group of Young Yogis! No yoga classes this week, due to spring break. I sure do miss my kiddos, such a strong circle of friends!
