We had some ogre-the-top fun today! 💚 Allie, daughter of our very own Mrs. Rice, and Brady from Springfield Little Theatre’s Shrek the Musical performed for our students and taught the Students of the Month a dance. So much fun! 🎶👟

Ozark is excited to celebrate our support staff on the 4th Tuesday of each month. Today we'd like to honor Paraprofessional Ms. Heidi Heath, who brings a calm and kind presence to our school each day. She works wonderfully with both students and teachers, creating a positive, supportive environment where kids can thrive and learning can flourish.

❄️ 🎈 1st grade had a wintry lesson in keeping the beat with Vivaldi’s classical piece “Winter” from the Four Seasons. Students used balloons to gently follow the slow and steady beat. It was a fun and chilly lesson in concentration!

🎶➗ Mrs. Coleman's students mixed around the room while music played, then compared fraction strips when it stopped. They discussed greater than and less than and learned through movement. A fun and successful way to practice fractions!

⚖️😀 Mrs. McCary's class used balance scales to compare objects in the classroom! The students used "heavier than" and "lighter than" to describe their observations!

Just a friendly reminder that there is no school on Monday, Jan. 19 in honor of Martin Luther King Jr. Day.

🎉 It’s Tuesday! 🎉
Ozark is excited to join other school districts across the region in celebrating teachers on the 2nd Tuesday of each month. Today we’d like to honor Ms. Madison Huff.
❤️🖤 Ms. Huff meets each student at their point of need and provides the encouragement they need to succeed. She fosters a strong sense of teamwork in her classroom, creating an environment where every child feels supported and able to thrive.
