Hi everyone! A quick update to let you know that CJ Squared Training classes in Harlech will pause now until September.

With the summer holidays in full swing and lots of people away, it makes sense to take a short break.

BUT... Porthmadog classes will continue!
° Tuesdays, 7:15-8:15pm

You're all very welcome to come along and keep training with us there
Enjoy the summer, stay active, and we'll be back in September feeling refreshed and ready to go again.

Tomorrow (Sunday 07/06/26) at 11:15am we will me doing the hero workout Murph at Yard 6, Porthmadog.

1 mile run
100 Pull Ups
200 Push Ups
300 Air Squats
1 mile run

We have a version for all levels of ability, if that’s individual, partner or scaled. Come and join us for a tough workout💪
