Every day counts, and our Knights are showing up ready to learn! We’re excited to recognize our 7th Grade and 9th Grade students for earning the top attendance in their respective grade-level groups for the week of August 17–20! 🎉👏

🏅 Middle School Winner: 7th Grade — 98.23%
🏅 High School Winner: 9th Grade — 97.16%

Our Mozart Knights are off to a strong start with a campus attendance rate of 96.01%! 👏 Our goal is to keep pushing forward and reach 100% daily attendance! 🎯

Every day at school gives our students another opportunity to learn, grow, build relationships, and prepare for future success. Consistent attendance helps students stay on track academically and ensures they don’t miss important learning experiences. 🎓✨

Vanguard Academy Mozart P-TECH Technology Student Association Chapter at Washington, D.C.

We are proud to recognize Hector Hugo Guajardo Jr, Julio Galicia, and Axel Flores for representing Vanguard Academy Mozart P-TECH at the June 2026 TSA National Conference in Washington, D.C.

These students earned the opportunity to compete against TSA students from across the country representing our school and district at the NATIONAL STAGE. Their hard work, dedication, and commitment throughout the year made this incredible experience possible.

A special congratulations to Axel Flores and Hector Hugo Guajardo Jr, who competed in Electrical Applications and advanced to the Top 12 Semifinalists in the NATION! 🏆

A special thank you to our TSA advisors Mr. Jonathan Sias and Mr. Gerardo Flores for their time, mentorship, and commitment to preparing and supporting our students throughout their journey to Nationals.

A heartfelt thank you to our Campus Administration, CTE Department, Teachers & Staff, and our Students’ Families for their continued support, encouragement, and commitment to helping our Knights succeed.

This is a tremendous accomplishment/experience for our students that will continue to open doors, build confidence, and contribute to their future academic and career success. GO KNIGHTS!!

What an OUTSTANDING start to the 2026–2027 school year! We are super excited to see so many of our students returning each day and demonstrating the importance of being present and ready to learn!
