Any Loss of Peace is Self-Punishment. So when I sit in this thought, I think what is it that blocks my peace? First word that comes up for me is "When I choose Judgement". Which then begs the question what causes me to Judge? Umm keep going see where this takes you.... you have your answer... ❤️
