🤝 Strategic Partnership for Global Opportunities 🇯🇵

We are pleased to announce the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between Khalil Culinary Arts Center (KCAC) and Samaira Skill Development Institute, marking the beginning of a strategic partnership aimed at developing and delivering Japanese Language Training, SSW (Specified Skilled Worker) Programs, TITP (Technical Intern Training Program), International Employment Services, Student Visa Pathways, and Caregiver Training Programs in Bangladesh.

This collaboration is designed to equip aspiring professionals with internationally recognized skills, language proficiency, and career development opportunities, creating sustainable pathways to employment, training, and higher education in Japan and other global destinations.

The MOU was formally signed by Mr. Md Khalilur Rahman, Chairman of Khalil Culinary Arts Center, and Mr. Rafiqul Islam, Managing Director of Samaira Skill Development Institute, reaffirming their shared commitment to developing internationally skilled professionals and creating pathways for global employment opportunities.

This initiative has been designed to equip aspiring professionals with the language proficiency, cultural understanding, and caregiving skills required to pursue rewarding career opportunities in Japan under the country's growing demand for skilled foreign workers.

We were honored to have Mr. Hideo Suemitsu, Director of Asian Operations, Japan Association for Specified Skilled Worker Education Support (JASSWES), Tokyo, Japan, present at the ceremony. His presence and encouragement reflect the importance of strengthening educational and workforce development partnerships between Bangladesh and Japan.

Through this collaboration, KCAC and Samaira Skill Development Institute aim to create a structured pathway for students and job seekers to develop internationally recognized competencies, opening doors to sustainable employment opportunities while contributing to the global workforce.

This MOU represents more than a partnership—it is a shared commitment to empowering individuals with the skills, confidence, and international exposure needed to build successful careers abroad.

আমরা অত্যন্ত আনন্দের সাথে জানাচ্ছি যে খলিল কালিনারি আর্টস সেন্টার (KCAC) এবং সামাইরা স্কিল ডেভেলপমেন্ট ইনস্টিটিউট-এর মধ্যে একটি সমঝোতা স্মারক (MOU) স্বাক্ষরিত হয়েছে। এই অংশীদারিত্বের মাধ্যমে বাংলাদেশে জাপানি ভাষা, SSW, TITP, আন্তর্জাতিক কর্মসংস্থান, স্টুডেন্ট ভিসা ও কেয়ারগিভার প্রশিক্ষণ কর্মসূচি চালু করা হবে।

এই সমঝোতা স্মারকে স্বাক্ষর করেন খলিল কালিনারি আর্টস সেন্টারের চেয়ারম্যান জনাব মোঃ খলিলুর রহমান এবং সামাইরা স্কিল ডেভেলপমেন্ট ইনস্টিটিউট-এর ব্যবস্থাপনা পরিচালক (Managing Director) জনাব রফিকুল ইসলাম। এই চুক্তির মাধ্যমে দুই প্রতিষ্ঠান দক্ষ মানবসম্পদ উন্নয়ন এবং আন্তর্জাতিক কর্মসংস্থানের সুযোগ তৈরিতে একসঙ্গে কাজ করার অঙ্গীকার পুনর্ব্যক্ত করেছে।

এই উদ্যোগের লক্ষ্য হলো আগ্রহী শিক্ষার্থী ও পেশাজীবীদের জাপানি ভাষা, সংস্কৃতি এবং আধুনিক কেয়ারগিভিং দক্ষতায় প্রশিক্ষিত করে জাপানের ক্রমবর্ধমান দক্ষ জনশক্তির চাহিদা পূরণে প্রস্তুত করা। এর মাধ্যমে অংশগ্রহণকারীরা আন্তর্জাতিক মানের দক্ষতা অর্জনের পাশাপাশি জাপানে কর্মসংস্থানের বাস্তব সুযোগ লাভ করবেন।

অনুষ্ঠানে বিশেষ অতিথি হিসেবে উপস্থিত ছিলেন মি. হিদেও সুয়েমিতসু (Hideo Suemitsu), ডিরেক্টর, এশিয়ান অপারেশনস, Japan Association for Specified Skilled Worker Education Support (JASSWES), Tokyo, Japan। তাঁর উপস্থিতি বাংলাদেশ ও জাপানের মধ্যে দক্ষ মানবসম্পদ উন্নয়ন এবং শিক্ষা সহযোগিতার গুরুত্বকে আরও সুদৃঢ় করেছে।
এই যৌথ উদ্যোগের মাধ্যমে খলিল কালিনারি আর্টস সেন্টার এবং সামাইরা স্কিল ডেভেলপমেন্ট ইনস্টিটিউট এমন একটি কার্যকর প্ল্যাটফর্ম গড়ে তুলবে, যেখানে শিক্ষার্থীরা আন্তর্জাতিক মানসম্পন্ন প্রশিক্ষণ গ্রহণ করে নিজেদের ক্যারিয়ারকে বৈশ্বিক পর্যায়ে এগিয়ে নেওয়ার সুযোগ পাবেন।

এই সমঝোতা শুধু একটি আনুষ্ঠানিক চুক্তি নয়; এটি দক্ষতা উন্নয়ন, আন্তর্জাতিক কর্মসংস্থান এবং উজ্জ্বল ভবিষ্যৎ গঠনের লক্ষ্যে দুই প্রতিষ্ঠানের একটি যৌথ অঙ্গীকার।

Heartiest congratulations to Foreign Minister Dr. Khalilur Rahman on his election as President of the 81st Session of the United Nations General Assembly (UNGA).

In a closely contested election held at the United Nations Headquarters in New York, Dr. Khalilur Rahman secured 99 votes, defeating the candidate from Cyprus, who received 91 votes. Out of 190 votes cast through a secret ballot, Bangladesh emerged victorious, marking a historic diplomatic achievement for the nation.

This remarkable success reflects the international community’s confidence in Bangladesh’s leadership, commitment to multilateral diplomacy, and constructive engagement in addressing global challenges.

Dr. Khalilur Rahman will officially assume the presidency when the 81st Session of the United Nations General Assembly commences in September.

This achievement is not only a personal milestone for Dr. Khalilur Rahman but also a proud moment for all Bangladeshis, further strengthening the country's position and reputation in the international arena.
