Congratulations to our SY2023 Cobb County Schools graduates for earning a total of 326 World Language Seals!

We are excited to celebrate Mykayla Diamond as the first in Georgia to receive the Georgia Department of Education World Languages Seal of Biliteracy in Afrikaans! Her quote highlights how language is key to gaining a worldwide perspective and valuing cultural diversity.

Looking forward to continuing to celebrate and recognize our district's rich cultural diversity and the success of our students!

Juniors and Seniors, check with your local school World Languages Department Chair if you speak other languages and are interested in qualifying to earn the GaDOE Seal of Biliteracy. We provide options to assess many languages.
