If you don’t know about the 80/20 Pareto law, you must look for it immediately and start creating lists of everything in your life.

I applied Pareto to my life a few years ago. I run 3 companies, in 2 of my real estate companies I had offices, secretary, assistant, transaction coordinator, and agents. And I was so depressed, but at that time I didn’t know why.

I decided to give up on all that jazz, and kept only the business and clients but got rid of the office and the people (Don’t worry they were relocated).

The next year, I realized my earnings were about the same but I had freed up 80% of my time and now I had time for myself, and enjoy life, write books, walk my dogs on the beach, etc.

What was limiting me was only clutter.

Find your 80/20 and restructure yourself.

What is meaningful?

What is purposeful?

What is useless?

What is harmful?

You’ll know what to do.

"On this 2018 December Solstice, we are reminded that no matter how dark the night, the light will always return. And no matter how light the day, the darkness will always return.

We live in a world where we can be happy one moment and sad the next. In an instant, your life can change. In an instant, you can be faced with death and pain or birth and pleasure.

We live in a world where all of these shades exists. The highs. The lows. The struggles and the victories.

And although they may appear to be separate states of being, they are part of something bigger. They are a part of wholeness.

For we come into this human state to experience all shades, all colors, and all expressions of our emotional rainbow.

We come into this human life to suffer, to thrive, to find joy, and to find pain. We come to experience it all because we know it is what makes us whole.

Honor the cycles. And know that it is not about how often you venture into the darkness or into the light, but how you allow these states to move you, to change you, to soften you, and to awaken you to wholeness, to the love, that resides within and all around."

Do you have an abundant mindset? Do you truly believe that you are worthy of everything you desire?

Or do you have a mindset of lack, of there never being enough, and simply accepting the fact that you can't have it all?

Abundance doesn't only mean money. Yes, it can be a big part of it, but we can also be abundant with our health, with our relationships, our time, our energy, our love, happiness...

When we constantly think that there isn't enough or that we don't have enough (or ARE enough), then that is exactly what we will manifest in our lives.

Our inside is what creates our outside.

"As above, so below."

We pick up these limiting beliefs, often as children, which we then internalize and allow to control how we view ourselves in the world.

Have you ever sat down and thought about why you believe a certain belief? Does it actually hold any truth? Or did you pick that up from someone else and adopt it as you own? That's "just the way it is."

Luckily, our beliefs aren't static. They can change, but only once we are given a reason to doubt them. And the best way to start doubting them, is to first question them.

If you're not happy about certain aspects of your life (not having enough money, unable to find a loving relationship, never having enough time), you need to honestly reflect on your true beliefs about these areas and where they came from.

Do you truly believe that you're worthy of more money?
Why not?
Do you feel you deserve to be loved unconditionally?
Why not?
Are you spending your time on things that bring value to your life?
Why are you so busy?

When we start questioning the WHY's our our actions and beliefs, our story then starts to unravel.

We can't change something we don't even know we need to change, so we must learn to fearlessly interrogate ourselves in order to figure that out.

We need to shine a light on our actual CORE beliefs behind whatever is holding us back in order to replace them with something better.

Because without that light, we will never be able to see that we are capable of so much more.
