A Rendezvous between Neelum Valley to Mehran – AJK Delegation at SEF’s Schools

Delegation from Azad Jammu Kashmir came to explore the public Private Partnership framework for understanding the dynamics of the model in the context of educational development in their region. In this respect the delegation visited the Adopt a School Plan and conducted a meeting with SEF at dated 29th March, 2018. The visit was aimed at gaining strong insights about the on ground operation of the PPP. The main objective of the delegation was use the observations regarding the to aid the implementation of Basic Education to All and Support to Basic Education development .

Furthermore, during the course of the meeting the delegation was given the overview of Programs and initiatives were spelled out by Naheed Shah Durrani , MD-SEF and Rafique Shiekh, Director-Programs. The overview emphasized in terms of roles, responsibilities and liabilities of each stakeholder that is a major component of the three tier model. Whereas, the transformation attained through School Reforms since 2015 was also highlighted to showcase the importance of constant re-modification and revision of the program. The AJK delegation was represented by Zaheer Gardezi, Director PPP, Education Department-AJK region
The meeting transcended into a resourceful avenue for the delegation that was assured for wide-ranging support, towards the Implementation of Public Private Partnership; in the development of projects for Basic education.
