SUPERBOWL WEEKEND!! You don’t have to watch the game or even like football to appreciate and partake in the awesome foods that are made. Today, your remote assignment is to pick an appetizer, dessert, meal, anything you want, and make it this weekend. As usual, I expect a pic 1/2 through your prep of the dish and then another pic of you holding up the food! Drop the pics in the assignment Dropbox for today with a recipe link or screenshot and your feedback about what you liked and if you’d do anything different next time! Ok, one more for this morning- it’s breakfast time! Our next lab is sausage gravy and biscuits, so here is a delicious head start- try it out, this one uses canned biscuits but you could make them from scratch with just a few ingredients if you want. Ok guys, I have cabin fever setting in- I need to start talking food again, so here we go! Since we’ve been studying all the ways to make eggs and have already made them several ways- let’s continue from home if you all can! Deviled eggs are a common favorite- if you’ve ever gone to a picnic, family event, church supper, etc.- you have probably noticed everyone eyeing the deviled eggs! They disappear fast, so let’s give it a shot at home! This video is awesome, it’s worth watching and then trying to make your own for the fam today. I will also include a simple deviled eggs recipe in the comments if this one feels overwhelming. I’ll be posting a few other videos today and every day that we are out for you all to try and discuss with me.
