Camp Pixel Project Camp Pixel Project Teaches Beginner Photography + Graphic Design Skills To Kids Ages 9-17 Through Hands-On, Fun, Creative Projects.

Camp Pixel Project is a 4 day instructional camp for kids combining photography + graphic design located in The Woodlands, Texas. All campers will learn important photography principles, such as “aperture” and “ISO.” They will use their DSLR camera to apply those principles through various hands-on activities, games, and photo scavenger hunts. In addition, campers will learn important graphic desi

gn concepts such as color theory, typography, and basic photo editing while utilizing and maneuvering Adobe Photoshop. Campers will work on various graphic design projects, such as mixed media selfies and book covers.

Hey all,
TUESDAY UPDATE—We are sad to have to reschedule the Tomball camp. We are working with the church to pick alternate dates. Please take a look at The Woodlands dates to see if they work for your camper and we can transfer them if you’d like that option. As soon as we have a new date we will be in contact with you all.

Tracy and I are in The Woodlands with no electricity or network so communication has been really tough for us. We’ve had to drive outside the area to send texts, emails, post on social media and even make phone calls. I’m hearing that even with all those attempts some still didn’t make it through yet. We are going to go ahead and apologize in advance for when they all start coming your way and blowing up your phone. 😬

We are monitoring the weather for Hurricane Beryl and how it will impact our area. We will make a decision by 5 pm today if we will continue with the start of camp on Monday. Our back-up plan is to delay the start to Tuesday and push through to Friday.
