When I asked myself these questions about 12 years ago, stumbled upon some hard hitting realizations!

Facilitation is all about conversations!
Conversations without Harvest is just a fireside casual talk without capturing the essence of what is understood, decides, agreed upon or collective way forward.

Whole lot of Facilitation stationery is aimed at capturing the essence of conversations!

It adds -

Multiple intelligence.
Colours to conversations.
Most needed movement( Kinesthetic element)and expressions.
Creative thought evoking space.
Sense of feeling heard and understood and accepted.

This leads to visual representation of Group Thinking and Group Direction.

For 2 workshops for SKF CSR program with implementation partner Swadhar and Grameen Shramik Prathistan.
6 days of deep immersion in Learning Space.

One ( first) batch of Scholarship program is culminating after 6 years.
Almost 7-8 three days workshop spread over 6 years.
Emotional moments for many of us.
We saw them coming into the program completely Raw and Unaware of outside world and it's ways of working.

We saw them growing up!
We saw them developing their personalities.
We are seeing them succeeding with confidence.

The journey with these girls is truly satisfying.
