Part of why I added this FB page is because I refashion older 8 inch PC tablets into dedicated AAC devices, and this week I had a man ask to donate a tablet as a giveaway. So awesome! I'm throwing in the case and carrying bag, so it should be a great little machine for a child who needs it. I thought maybe people could send me a letter describing why their kid needs this, and why financially this would make a difference - I really want this to go to a family who is not able to run out and spend $300 or more on their own device right now. Not sure if I should post my email, or throw up a form online - but if people have any ideas or know kids who might be in need - please send me a message!
