Let’s focus on results or just be a lean thinker

Nowadays most managers worldwide start trying to study Lean Six Sigma in order to earn its certification exam by doing everything it takes considering a bunch of tools and strategies in order to be Six Sigma Certified despite that massive frustration and breakthrough and achieve their Six Sigma certification but that is not the case in Algeria?

Why we do not want pass our Lean Six Sigma certificate?

IT IS HARD. We’ll hit obstacles. We’ll want to quit. We’ll think the entire pursuit isn’t worth it. What will you do with it in Algeria? But those that have a clearly defined reason to reach their goal…they make it. They keep working despite wanting to give up.

It is very simple just you have to be clear on… “Why & what is your goal?”

We start by answering the question “Why or What for?”
Is it to quit your job and get a new one in a multinational company?
Is it to leave your country and build a new professional career overseas?
Is it to learn and apply Six Sigma techniques that will please your clients, create real business results, and improve your decision-making skills?
Is it to prove to people that you can achieve this certification and that you deserve a better salary?
Is it about more income in a new company so you can be happier, focus on doing what you enjoy, and have greater freedom & flexibility with your future career?
Do you want to get certified because you love improving processes and want to finally make a difference for your company and your customers?
Is it in order to learn how to use the methods and tools to reduce defects & delay, rework, waste, and lost profits?

It is all about results and willingness “if you want you can”

What successful worldwide managers were doing that we were not doing in Algeria? And no matter what certification they studying for, it WORKED!
The reason they were able to consistently do so well was that they had the ability to know exactly what to study, how long to study that for, and when to move on to other topics…. all in a manner that was fine-tuned to their needs
