⭕ في خطوة استراتيجية جديدة تعكس مسار الانفتاح الإقليمي لتعزيز إقتصاد الأثر بين فئة الشباب من الطلبة ، أمضت السيدة إيناس نصري المديرة التنفيذية لتمكين الدولية للتنمية 13 ماي 2026 اتفاقية شراكة وتعاون مع السيد سليم روز مدير المعهد العالي للفلاحة بمڨرن ، وذلك في إطار استمرارية الاتفاقية الإطارية الممضاة مع رئاسة جامعة قرطاج.

®️⭕ تندرج هذه الاتفاقية ضمن رؤية استراتيجية ترتكز على دعم منظومات الاقتصاد الأخضر، وتعزيز ريادة الأعمال الفلاحية المبتكرة، وتطوير حلول الـAgritech والـAgribusiness بما يستجيب للتحولات المناخية والاقتصادية والاجتماعية التي يشهدها الفضاء المغاربي والمتوسطي.

📌⭕ كما تؤكد تمكين الدولية للتنمية من خلال هذه الشراكة تموقعها كفاعل إقليمي في هندسة إقتصاد الأثر و الإدماج الشمولي للشباب ، اعتمادًا على خبرة ميدانية في تصميم وتنفيذ البرامج ذات البعد التنموي والاقتصاد التضامني .

🛑 تمثل هذه المرحلة محطة جديدة نحو إرساء أقطاب جامعية مغاربية قادرة على احتضان المبادرات الشبابية والمشاريع الخضراء والحلول الذكية في المجال الفلاحي، بما يساهم في خلق ديناميكية تنموية مستدامة قائمة على الذكاء الجماعي، والعدالة المناخية، وتثمين الكفاءات و الموارد المحلية.

As part of a new strategic step reflecting a growing regional openness toward strengthening the impact economy among university youth, Ms. Ines Nasri, Executive Director of Tamkin International for Development, signed a partnership and cooperation agreement on May 13, 2026, with Mr. Slim Rouz, Director of the Higher School of Agriculture of Mograne, within the continuity of the framework agreement previously signed with the Presidency of the University of Carthage.

®️⭕ This agreement is part of a strategic vision focused on supporting green economy ecosystems, promoting innovative agricultural entrepreneurship, and developing Agritech and Agribusiness solutions capable of responding to the climate, economic, and social transformations shaping the Maghreb and Mediterranean regions.

📌⭕ Through this partnership, Tamkin International for Development further reinforces its positioning as a regional actor in impact economy engineering and inclusive youth integration, relying on strong field expertise in designing and implementing development-oriented and solidarity economy programs.

♦️♦️In 2021, Tamk-in Academy partnered in the pilot phase of the and Energy for Food (WE4F) initiative, implemented by Égypte and funded by GIZ, USAID and SIDA. Today, in 2025, that pilot stands as a proven model for how targeted support accelerates sustainable agriculture across and Africa.

Ines Nasri , who served as Community Development coordinator , played a central role in coordinating the Tunisian pilot — bridging entrepreneurs, local stakeholders and regional innovation networks to scale practical solutions.

✅The WE4F pilot delivered measurable value to agri-innovators by enabling them to:
🔗improve water and energy efficiency in farming systems,
🔗access smart financing and capacity building,
🔗strengthen market readiness and climate resilience.

♦️Beyond project outputs, the pilot created durable partnerships and practices that Tamk-in Academy continues to deploy across the Mediterranean and Africa — reinforcing our commitment to collective intelligence, sustainable entrepreneurship and resilient local food systems.

✅Tamk-in Academy remains dedicated to translating pilot lessons into long-term impact: connecting ecosystems, empowering changemakers, and advancing agricultural solutions that are economically viable and ecologically sound.

🌐Within the framework of the ACICT Project – Inclusive Climate Action in Tunisian Municipalities, implemented by CILG VNG International and funded by Global Affairs Canada🇨🇦 ,our Founder and CEO Ines Nasri Ines Nasri led the training workshops on gender-sensitive local governance.
