Very happy and proud to have won a gold medal at the 2019 Hong Kong Traditional Wushu Championships for my performance of the Ng Long Bat Gwa Gwan (Fifth Brother Eight Diagram Staff). Thanks to Sifu for your guidance and to Vanessa and Wayne for coming to support me. Thanks to HK Wushu Union for organizing the event. Had to be evacuated at the end of the competition though and Vanessa and I nearly got tear gassed by the Police on the way home which was a little bit scary.
