Hey y'all its World Wednesday!! I am sharing information on another issue that I get questions about regularly. Registering Kids for school for new residents in our area.

📘 Step-by-Step: Registering Your Child for School in Jackson-Madison County School System.

✅ Step 1: Visit the Registration Page
Go to: https://jmcss.powerschool.com/public/
📍 Look for “New Student” or “Returning Student”
🎯 Choose the correct school year

Visita: https://jmcss.powerschool.com/public/
📍Haz clic en “New Student” o “Returning Student”
🎯Elige el año escolar correcto

✅ Step 2: Create or Log In to PowerSchool Account
🔑 If you're new: click “Create Account”
👤 If returning: log in with your email + password
🛠️ Forgot your password? Use “Forgot Password” link

🔑 Si es tu primera vez: haz clic en “Create Account”

✅ Step 3: Fill Out the Registration Form
📋 Add info about the student (name, DOB, grade)
👨‍👩‍👧 Add parent/guardian contact info
🚨 Be sure to answer health and emergency questions

Here to Help Services have been added to my toolbox of skills. One thing I get asked a lot about is how one can get license plates.

IF you need license plates for your car, you will have to go to the County Clerk's office where you live to get this task completed.

You WILL NEED:
2 proofs of residency
Passport or ID
Bill of Sale
OR if you have a lien holder their information is required
IF NOT, the title for the vehicle.

You will pay a fee, depending if you live in the city or county, for the plate, and stickers needed.

Each Tuesday I will be providing help with some Tricky things with English and Spanish. (I am still learning other languages, give me time!😄) So from now on I will have a little part for Tricky Tuesday.
