Balance as of Sept.14,2019(see prev posts for the detailed expenses)P21,219.64...from here we deduct P4000 ( abuloy for the consecutive death of Virginia’s husband and brother after Sept) so cash in hand before the reunion is P17,219.64..NOTE:We have changed policy on giving financial assistance to bereaved classmate family if we still have funds left..Only indigent classmate who passed away will be given . This years cash collection for the reunion is P60898.64—This came from the contributions/donations from 14 good hearted, charitable classmates.35 attended. There are those who were not able to attend but still sent their contributions. Some also donated food and their services.. I can’t thank you all enough..So P60,898.64 + P17,219.64 = P78,117.64.Expenses for the reunion which covered AM and EVENING activities which includes our outreach program , medicines, reading glasses(70pcs) ,food and beverages(am/evening)tarp, tshirts, giveaways like bags, fans and slippers, office supplies/decors/logistics,and band . Everything is accounted for up to the last centavo.. All receipts are with me in case you’re interested to check... Total expenses is P85,930....so Expenses P85930 - P78117.64 contributions = (- )P7812.36... charge na ito sa akin... so zero balance na fund natin...
