In this context, it represents the music DJs love but often avoid playing: records that are emotional, strange, old, unfamiliar, or simply out of fashion.

Rather than genre-led programming, Kandanga is curation-led.

It’s about trust, curiosity, and musical honesty.

Over the past few months, I've been gathering with fellow music lovers, or ‘melómanos,’





to dive into the world of Latin jazz fusion.

We rotate hosting at each other’s places, and personally I love spinning classic Fania records alongside the vibrant sounds of New York Latin jazz.

It’s been such a rewarding and fun journey connecting through music and now we have the opportunity to bring you those sounds every Monday from 6pm to
