CCDS announcement.
As a responsible organisation we are keeping ourselves continually updated and appraised with the situation regarding the Convid 19 virus as well as taking all measures to reduce the risk as best possible to everyone who come through our doors.
These measures include regular deep cleans and sterilisation of matting and training equipment.
Students and parents can help by bringing and using hand sanitizers or anti bacterial wipes.
Please keep yourselves up to date with all advice given by authorities and classes for the immediate future shall continue and we will of course update you all again if or when situation changes.
We appreciate all your help and support at this time.

Great work with the Youth class this afternoon.
We covered the haymaker and options for dealing with it.
Blunt force trauma as our initial response followed by blunt force trauma follow ups ending with blunt force trauma disengagement 😁👍🏻
