Naval State University (NSU) is a state university in the municipality of Naval in Biliran, Philippines. It is mandated to provide advanced education, higher technological, professional instruction and training in the fields of arts and sciences, education, agriculture, fishery, forestry, maritime education, information and communications technology, engineering, tourism and other related fields o

f study. It is also mandated to undertake research and extension services and provide progressive leadership in its areas of specialization.[1] It is operating an extension campus in the town of Biliran, Biliran.

Naval State University joins the national observance of the 18-Day Campaign to end Violence Against Women.
The 18-Day Campaign to End Violence Against Women (VAW) is observed annually from November 25 to December 12 to raise awareness among all stakeholders that VAW is a public issue of national concern. It supports the Philippine Government's goal to protect the human rights of women and its commitment to address all forms of VAW.
