CTL Phase II: Ongoing Faculty Development Sessions (Batch 29)

Today’s session on Transactional Analysis was conducted by Shahriar Nafees Chowdhury Raaz, Lecturer, CETL, Green University of Bangladesh. The session explored Transactional Analysis, Ego States, Types of Transactions and the practical application of the Parent–Adult–Child (PAC) framework within real classroom dynamics.

Through interactive exercises and scenario-based discussions, participants examined how conscious communication can positively shape classroom transitions and engagement. The energy, collaboration, and reflective participation of CTL Batch 29 once again highlighted that meaningful professional development happens when educators actively experience the learning process themselves.

সবাইকে আন্তর্জাতিক মাতৃভাষা দিবস এর শুভেচ্ছা। শ্রদ্ধা জানাতে চাই ভাষার জন্য জীবন দেওয়া সকল অমর শহীদদের প্রতি যাঁদের রক্তে রাঙানো হয়েছিল একুশের প্রভাত। তাঁদের আত্মত্যাগ চিরকাল আমাদের সাহস জোগাবে। তাঁদের আত্মত্যাগ শুধু একটি ভাষার স্বীকৃতির জন্য ছিল না, ছিল আমাদের আত্মপরিচয়, অধিকার আর মর্যাদার জন্য। একুশ মানে মাথা নত না করা। 🌺

The sessions are witnessing enthusiastic faculty engagement, with interactive and enjoyable activities designed to enhance teaching and learning practices. It is inspiring to see colleagues actively participating, sharing insights, and strengthening their pedagogical skills through collaborative and experience-based training.
The dynamic nature of the sessions reflects our collective commitment to continuous professional development and excellence in higher education.

We are proud to congratulate Team Analytical Avengers for becoming Intra Round Champions of the Business Case Competition 2026, supported by HSBC and organized in collaboration with BRAC Business School (BBS).

The team was also selected for the National Round at BRAC University and proudly emerged as Finalists of Excelerate at BRAC University.

These achievements reflect their strong analytical skills, teamwork, and dedication.

Held on 𝟮𝟬 𝙅𝙖𝙣𝙪𝙖𝙧𝙮 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲 at the 𝘼𝙙𝙢𝙞𝙣𝙞𝙨𝙩𝙧𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙫𝙚 𝘽𝙪𝙞𝙡𝙙𝙞𝙣𝙜, 𝙂𝙐𝘽, the sessions reflected our strong commitment to strengthening classroom practices, Advancing innovation, and shaping the future of academic excellence.

The day began with an engaging and practical session on “𝘾𝙝𝙖𝙡𝙡𝙚𝙣𝙜𝙚𝙨 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝘼𝙥𝙥𝙧𝙤𝙖𝙘𝙝𝙚𝙨 𝙞𝙣 𝙈𝙖𝙣𝙖𝙜𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝘾𝙡𝙖𝙨𝙨𝙧𝙤𝙤𝙢: 𝘿𝙤’𝙨 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝘿𝙤𝙣’𝙩𝙨,” facilitated by 𝘼𝙎𝙈 𝙆𝙖𝙢𝙧𝙪𝙡 𝙄𝙨𝙡𝙖𝙢, 𝙇𝙚𝙘𝙩𝙪𝙧𝙚𝙧 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝘾𝙀𝙏𝙇 𝘾𝙤𝙤𝙧𝙙𝙞𝙣𝙖𝙩𝙤𝙧, alongside 𝙎𝙝𝙖𝙝𝙧𝙞𝙖𝙧 𝙉𝙖𝙛𝙞𝙨 𝘾𝙝𝙤𝙬𝙙𝙝𝙪𝙧𝙮 𝙍𝙖𝙖𝙯, 𝙇𝙚𝙘𝙩𝙪𝙧𝙚𝙧, 𝘾𝙀𝙏𝙇. We were honored by the scholarly perspective of 𝙋𝙧𝙤𝙛. 𝘿𝙧. 𝙈 𝙎𝙝𝙖𝙝𝙞𝙙𝙪𝙡𝙡𝙖𝙝, who delivered an inspiring session on “𝙍𝙚𝙘𝙚𝙣𝙩 𝘿𝙚𝙫𝙚𝙡𝙤𝙥𝙢𝙚𝙣𝙩𝙨 𝙞𝙣 𝙏𝙚𝙖𝙘𝙝𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙇𝙚𝙖𝙧𝙣𝙞𝙣𝙜,” highlighting 𝙢𝙤𝙙𝙚𝙧𝙣 𝙥𝙚𝙙𝙖𝙜𝙤𝙜𝙮, 𝙤𝙪𝙩𝙘𝙤𝙢𝙚-𝙗𝙖𝙨𝙚𝙙 𝙚𝙙𝙪𝙘𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣, 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙚𝙫𝙤𝙡𝙫𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙧𝙤𝙡𝙚 𝙤𝙛 𝙚𝙙𝙪𝙘𝙖𝙩𝙤𝙧𝙨 in shaping future-ready learners and academic communities.

Following the prayer and lunch break, the workshop resumed with a highly interactive and hands-on presentation by 𝙋𝙧𝙤𝙛. 𝘿𝙧.
