Well done to our team at the Greyfriars Cup today in Edinburgh! Despite fierce opposition we got through the pools and into the knockout rounds. No medals for us this time, so we'll have to get some next time instead.

Extra congratulations to John, who fought in competition for the first time today. Definitely not the last!

Only one of our members was able to attend the Shiraoka Cup this weekend, but that didn't stop us bringing home a trophy! Well done Ryan for single handedly representing Cumbria, and bringing home the highly sought-after Fighting Spirit award 👏
