Shule hii ipo umbali wa kilomita 3 kutoka barabara kuu iendayo Morogoro upande wa kulia. Shule hii ni ya Kanisa Katoliki inayomilikiwa na Shirika la Mt. Shule hii inaendeshwa kwa kufuata taratibu zote za wizara ya Elimu na Mafunzo ya Ufundi, yaani sharia ya Elimu Na. 25 ya 1978 na marekebisho yake ya Na. 10 ya mwaka 1995. Shule hii ni ya mchanganyiko inapokea wanafunzi wa jinsia zote bila kujali d

ini, dhehebu, kabila au rangi. Shule hii kwa sasa ni ya bweni. Mwaka 2014 iliaanza, na sasa ina kidato kwanza hadi cha sita.
