A little fun fact about our national qualifiers! Galilea and Valeria will be going to Nationals in Washington DC this June. Their sisters, Abigail and Giselle also went to EdRising Nationals 3 years ago in Orlando, Florida! Thank you sisters for being great role models and helping prepare your younger sisters for competition!

Our 2022 EdRising State Leadership Conference has come to an end. Our chapter earned GOLD Chapter Award for the 4th time! Mrs Mercer and Mrs Ellsworth are very PROUD of you and we hope you are too! You did more than what was expected as an ece student, got out of your comfort zone, survived being stressed and made new friends that you cheered on from different schools. We hope you all had a great trip and treasure it as a positive experience of your high school memories. Thank you for representing our school, district and city in a great way! Our little hawks have been learning about careers these last two weeks and being a chef was one of their favorite careers!👨🏻‍🍳👩🏼‍🍳

Our little hawks created masks, made oobleck, learned how to rotate around different learning centers and finished off their fun week trick or treating around campus!

So much pumpkin fun this week! We used all our senses to learn about pumpkins. We washed, roasted, tasted and planted pumpkin seeds and ended the week with making pumpkin play dough!

We had a fun week doing apple activities!🍎🍏
