JRHS Rubik's Cube Club

The Rubik’s Cube Club (RCC) was recognized as one of the Outstanding Clubs of Jose Rizal High School during the Recognition Day held on March 26, 2026. This recognition reflects the club’s active participation, dedication, and valuable contributions to the school community throughout the academic year.

The award was proudly received by RCC President Joseph Millar G. Garcia and RCC Adviser Ronald O. Matriz. In addition to this achievement, RCC President Joseph Millar G. Garcia was also honored with the Leadership Award, recognizing his exemplary service, commitment, and leadership in guiding the club. The recognition was celebrated alongside other distinguished school organizations/clubs, including the SSLG, Math Club, AP Club, and BSP Outfit 53.

Today, March 3, 2026, we successfully concluded the 5-session Training Workshop and Cubemeet, a flagship project of the Rubik’s Cube Club for School Year 2025–2026.

From peer coaching for our newbies to mastering advanced methods for our members, this journey was filled with learning, collaboration, and speedcubing excellence.

We extend our sincere appreciation to our trainers:

Rubik’s Cube Training Workshop & Cubemeet | 3rd Session

Today’s cubemeet was a mix of learning, speed, and solid teamwork! Guided by John Vincent Perales, our JRHS cubers trained, practiced the CFOP method, and took on the Speedcubing Ranking challenge.

More than just solving cubes, the session built camaraderie as cubers connected, socialized, and sharpened their skills together.

UPDATE | SPTA Project: 2nd Bayanihan Gift-Giving 2025
Para sa mga Batang Rizalian

In partnership with: Mathematics Club & Rubik’s Cube Club
📅 December 16, 2025 | ⏰ 10:00 AM | 📍 JRHS School Grounds

Matagumpay na naisagawa ang 2nd Bayanihan Gift-Giving 2025 ng School Parents and Teachers Association (SPTA) para sa ating mga Batang Rizalian. Ang programa ay napuno ng saya at diwa ng bayanihan, tampok ang masiglang opening program, intermission numbers mula sa Mathematics Club at Rubik’s Cube Club officers, mga palaro, raffle draw, at ang pamamahagi ng mga regalo sa piling mga mag-aaral—na sinundan ng salo-salo (meal time).

Taos-puso ang aming pasasalamat sa ating mahal na school administrators, Ma’am Ruby Urquiola de Jesus at Ma’am Flor Domingo Battad, sa kanilang patuloy na suporta at inspirasyon. Lubos din naming pinasasalamatan ang ating dedikadong g**o, mapagkalingang mga magulang, at higit sa lahat, ang ating mga mag-aaral na siyang sentro ng aktibidad na ito.

Malaking pasasalamat din sa Mathematics Club at Rubik’s Cube Club sa kanilang aktibong pakikibahagi at magandang kolaborasyon, gayundin sa lahat ng sponsors na nagpaabot ng tulong at biyaya. Sa aking mga kapwa opisyal ng SPTA at HRPTA, saludo po sa inyong lahat—ang inyong oras, pagod, at malasakit ang nagbigay-buhay sa proyektong ito.

Ang aktibidad na ito ay paalala ng tunay na diwa ng Pasko—pagmamahal, pagbabahagi, pagkakaisa, at bayanihan. Ang simpleng mga regalo ay naging simbolo ng pag-asa, saya, at malasakit para sa bawat bata.
Para sa ating mga mag-aaral: ito ay para sa inyo—nawa’y magsilbing inspirasyon ang mga ngiti at alaala ng araw na ito upang patuloy ninyong ibigay ang inyong pinakamahusay, alam na laging nandito ang inyong school community para sa inyo.
