Working with the internship agency, Local Government Unit Jones were really an amazing experience as we have learned many things and experienced many things. As we continue to grow up, the memories that was made in the workplace will forever stay in our hearts and minds as a lesson, and we will never forget their patience in teaching and guiding us during the time of immersion. We really appreciate the employees in the workplace for offering us teachings and guidance. We will carry these lessons and experiences as we continue our journey in pursue of our career paths.

Work immersion is not an escape from the day-to-day ordinary setup in school; it is a chance taken by the Grade 12 students to experience the real-life setup, especially in their future workplace. We, the Kabisig Work Immersion student team, express our greatest gratitude to our beloved school, Jones Rural School, and to our adviser and work immersion teacher, Ma'am Mary Jean Sabado, for their support and for allowing us to experience this kind of immersion. And, of course, to the Kabisig Savings and Agri-development Cooperative for accepting us as a part of their family even in such a short period of time. Agyaman kami, Kabisig, for the laughter, bond, knowledge, and experience. May the Lord bless you and keep you.

"Immersion learning is more than simply acquiring knowledge in a classroom; it's more about steping outside the classroom to use what you've learned, to apply your abilities, find new passions, and get real-world experience". On our 2 weeks immersion at FICObank, we learned and experience too many things that surpassed what we can learn in just a month, and we will treasure those lessons and experiences as one of our most important memories as students. Were glad that we choose to go out and had our immersion at FICObank beacuse thay taught us how to balance work and worship and we witnessed it first hand how they do it and we learned that it brings them great blessings. They also taught us how to be more confident whether its talking to strangers or showing our talents to others, because if you dont start to have confidence now, then when will you?.

As we left the ficobank they too left us with great lessons, experience, and more friends and we ought to remember those lessons and the friendly employees of ficobank for a lifetime. Thankyou very much our beloved Ficobank of Jones, Isabela
