*Preparation towards Ramadhaan - Episode Seven (7)*
Praise be to Allaah,
Respected reader, there is the need to purify your intention sincerely for the pleasure of your Maker, and observe the fast per the teachings of Master Muhammad (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him). Any fast devoid of this will equally be devoid of the blessings and reward of Allaah, nay your reward will only be hunger and sleeplessness.
*Al-Bukhari and Muslim recorded, Narrated Abu Huraira:*
*Allah's Messenger (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon) said, "Whoever observes fasts during the month of Ramadhaan out of sincere faith, and hoping to attain Allah's rewards, then all his past sins will be forgiven."*
*روا البخاري و مسلم عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: من صام رمضان إيمانا واحتسبا، غفر له ما تقدم من ذنبه.*
Ibn Maajah recorded that it was narrated from Abu Hurairah (may Allaah be pleased with him) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon) said:
*‏روا ابن ماجة عن أبي هريرة* *رضي الله عنه قال، قال رسول* *الله صلى الله عليه و سلم: "‏* *رُبَّ صَائِمٍ لَيْسَ لَهُ مِنْ صِيَامِهِ إِلاَّ الْجُوعُ وَرُبَّ قَائِمٍ لَيْسَ لَهُ مِنْ قِيَامِهِ إِلاَّ السَّهَرُ"*
*“There are people who fast and get nothing from their fast except hunger, and there are those who pray and get nothing from their prayer but a sleepless night.”*
Brothers and sisters in Islaam, assuming this was your last Ramadhaan on earth, how would you have done it? Think about this and know for sure that most of us will not live to fast subsequent fasts. You may be one, and I may be one as well. So, what do we need to do? We need to observe the fast as though we were observing our farewell fast of our lives on earth. By Allaah, not a single one of us can tell whether he/she will live to fast the next Ramadhaan.Nay! We are not even guaranteed fasting this impending one. So, fast like th

Always try to see the other side of circumstance and you will praise Allah for your current situation. If it's good you are experiencing, find out how someone in the opposite will feel and if it's not what you desire, relate it the past and you thank Allah for your State.

What is yours will forever be yours. Be prayerful and patience.

As salaamu alaikum wa rahmatullaahi wa barkaatuh my respected elders brothers and sisters in Islam.
We trust you are doing well Alhamdulillaah.
With regards to the flier we sent this morning on the Qur'an being sent down during the night of decree, we've receives a couple of questions on it which we would like to address by the will of Allah.
Allaah Glory be Thy Name stated in Qur'an chapter 97:1
*" Indeed we sent it (the Qur'an) down on the night of decree"*, and this is the blessed night that is mentioned by Allaah in Qur'an chapter 44:3
*Indeed, We sent it down during a blessed night*
And that is the night of Al-AlQadr ( the night of decree) which is in the month of Ramadan.
As stated by Allaah in Qur'an chapter 2:185 *Ramadhan is the (month) in which was sent down the Qur'an, as a guide to mankind, also clear (Signs) for guidance and judgment (Between right and wrong)*.
Ibn 'Abbas and his fellow companions said regarding: *Allaah the Majestic sent down the Qur'an in full text from Al-lauhil Mahfuudh to bait Al-ezzaah in the first heavens after which it was sent in bits according to the events and happenings in the life Master Muhammad peace and blessings of Allaah be unto him for the period of twenty three years, given by Allaah to Gibreel sent to Master Muhammad peace and blessings of Allaah be unto him.*
Another narration by Ibn 'Abbas had it that: *the Qur'an was revealed in a complete text at once on the night of Al-AlQadr (decree) to the heavens closer to the earth, and anytime Allaah the exalted in might and strength wanted to inform the people on earth about a matter to decree a matter, He sends a portion of that out of the complete text to Master Muhammad until it was put together as a complete text on earth.*
In conclusion, we understand from the above explanation that
1. The Qur'an was already in a complete text before it's Revelation.
2. Allaah sent this complete text( the Qur'an) to bait Al-'ezza( a house l
