Two days of intense 𝗧𝗘𝗖𝗛𝗡𝗜𝗖𝗔𝗟 𝗧𝗥𝗔𝗜𝗡𝗜𝗡𝗚 in Switzerland – March 29/30.

Led by the deep experience of Master Barbara Tran Ngoc, we shared moments of growth, discipline, and learning, culminating in the belt promotion exams thoughtfully organized by 𝗠𝗼𝗻 𝗣𝗵𝗮𝗶 𝗩𝗶𝗲𝘁 𝗔𝗻𝗵 𝗠𝗼𝗻.

A heartfelt thank you to Masters Zibra and Bana for their invaluable technical and human support — their presence was a true guiding light along the path.

The large number of participants created a powerful collective energy, where every movement spoke of willpower, respect, and spirit.

📸 Ieri al Club Kim Long di Milano: Un Giorno da Ricordare! 🥋

Ieri è stata una giornata speciale al Club Kim Long di Milano, dove si sono svolti gli esami di passaggio di grado per i nostri piccoli guerrieri, sotto la guida del nostro stimato Maestro Moretti. Un momento di grande crescita e sfida, accompagnato dalla presenza in commissione del Maestro Zibra, che ha contribuito con la sua esperienza e saggezza.

Un enorme complimento a tutti i bambini che hanno affrontato gli esami con coraggio e determinazione! Ogni tecnica, ogni passo e ogni sforzo hanno mostrato il vostro impegno e passione per le arti marziali. 💪🎖️

The recent grading ceremony for our instructors, guided by the presence of the Founder Master Tran Ngoc Dinh , was a moment of profound significance for the Viet Anh Mon School.

This event was not just a technical evaluation but a celebration of growth, dedication, and responsibility. The Founder Master’s guidance inspired all practitioners, reminding us of the deeper values of discipline, humility, and perseverance.

Congratulations to the instructors on this milestone, and thank you to everyone who supports our journey. Together, we continue to honor and share the art of Viet Anh Mon.

𝕍𝕚𝕖𝕥 𝔸𝕟𝕙 𝕄𝕠𝕟 – 𝔾𝕣𝕠𝕨𝕚𝕟𝕘 𝕋𝕠𝕘𝕖𝕥𝕙𝕖𝕣, 𝕃𝕚𝕧𝕚𝕟𝕘 𝕥𝕙𝕖 𝔸𝕣𝕥.

From November 15th to 16th, Training Seminar in Switzerland, led by Master Barbara Tran and Mauro Bana. The focus of this event was on combat strategies and specific techniques, emphasizing the diversity of styles and individual approaches.

We were reminded that the greatest challenge is not training the body, but training the mind. Physical skills, while important, are only part of the journey. True growth comes from questioning certainties, embracing differences, and opening oneself to new perspectives. Combat strategies become life lessons when we realize that every action begins in the mind, requiring awareness and intention.

A heartfelt thank you to Alexandra Sc*****er and .do.jigo for their warm welcome and support. Their kindness created an atmosphere that went beyond technical mastery, building a strong sense of community.

This seminar was not just about techniques but about reflection and growth.

We return inspired, knowing the most important battle is within ourselves.🐉

This past weekend, the 32 National Tournament at Perugia witnessed the impressive participation of two martial arts clubs from Milan, both representing the Viet Anh Mon school: the seasoned Club Kim Long, with its well-established competitive team, and the up-and-coming Team Tang Long, showcasing three young athletes in their debut competition.

Both teams delivered outstanding performances, bringing home a haul of medals. For many competitors, especially those experiencing their baptism of fire, this tournament was a crucial step in breaking the ice and building confidence on the competitive stage.

The dedication and spirit of these two clubs highlight the growing excellence of Viet Anh Mon in Milan. Congratulations to all athletes and coaches for their hard work and success!
