While students are authorized to wear alternative attire, all students are strictly required to observe the 𝐀𝐩𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐩𝐫𝐢𝐚𝐭𝐞 𝐃𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐬 𝐂𝐨𝐝𝐞 𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐚𝐫𝐝𝐬 as stipulated in the Student Handbook. All clothing must remain modest, respectful, and conducive to an academic environment.

Any attire that violates the core decorum and grooming provisions of the handbook will be subject to existing disciplinary protocols.

In response to the ongoing fuel and power crisis and in support of government energy conservation initiatives, this is to inform all concerned that the CNSC Guidelines on the Implementation of Flexible Learning shall be implemented effective today, April 13, 2026.

To ensure the continuous delivery of instruction, the College shall adopt a flexible learning approach through a blended modality structured as follows:

Mondays and Tuesdays - Onsite Classes (Face-To-Face Classes);
Wednesdays and Thursdays - Online Classes (Synchronous), and;
Fridays - Asynchronous Learning Modality

All faculty members are expected to align their class delivery, instructional materials, and learning activities with this schedule. Deans and Campus Directors are likewise enjoined to monitor compliance and provide necessary support to ensure effective implementation.

📢 Library Advisory

In observance of Eid’l Fitr (March 20, 2026) and the adjusted work schedule implemented by Camarines Norte State College, CNSC Labo-CANR Library informs all students, faculty and staff of the temporary library service hours:

📅 March 16–19, 2026 (Monday–Thursday)
🕖 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM

This adjustment follows Administrative Memorandum No. 40, s. 2026 for the temporary work schedule of teaching and non-teaching personnel.

Pursuant to Memorandum Circular No. 114, s. 2026, which mandates government offices to adopt a four-day workweek arrangement, the CNSC Labo–CANR Library will observe the following schedule: Monday – Thursday: 7:00 AM – 6:00 PM.
