St Edward’s Secondary School Triumphs in Mathematics Competition

We are excited to announce that St Edward’s Secondary School secured first place in the recent Mathematics Competition, organised by the Centre for Innovations and Research (CIR).

Representing our school was Baba Sillah, an outstanding SSS2 Science pupil, whose exceptional mathematical skills and dedication saw him top the competition.

Facing fierce rivalry from other schools across the country, Baba delivered a brilliant performance, outclassing the competition with an impressive display of mathematical acumen.

This remarkable victory would not have been possible without the unwavering dedication of our mathematics coach, Mr Daniel Will. We extend our heartfelt gratitude to him for his tireless guidance, expert mentorship, and steadfast support throughout the preparation process. His ability to inspire and bring out the absolute best in Baba was instrumental in bringing the trophy home.

At St Edward’s, we strive to foster a culture of academic excellence and innovation. Baba's success is a testament to what can be achieved through hard work, brilliant teaching, and a passion for learning.

Please join us in sending our warmest congratulations to both Baba and Mr Will for this phenomenal achievement! We could not be prouder.
