[ ] What is it.

A Martial Art is a training method, a science to help awaken the correct relationship with power as referenced in the human energy system, especially in the solar plexus, so that you can consciously evolve through your own intention into your inner heart power, liberating you from anxiety and violence. This liberation benefits the individual artist, allows them to live their own life to their full

human potential and bring their heartfulness and integrity to the rest of society. The White Crane Kenpo System facilitates one's personal journey in the Martial Arts through Self Unfoldment

[ ] How do we do it. This is achieved by training in the White Crane Method which is rooted in our inner heart knowing. Therefore the core teaching is open to every indivudal as everyone is inately gifted with this ability i.e. inner heart knowing. We apply the White Crane Method to connect the centre of gravity to the inner heart core this awakens the power of freedom within the body and energy of the practitioner. Allowing them to progress and evolve according to their own experience, in a nutshell everyone gets to evolve and heal.

[ ] Why do we do it. By training The White Crane Method, each student will be invited to open to the power of their personal feeling nature. The effect of this will be to connect with their capacity for correct movement and therefore martial expression. In a manner that is facilitated by ones own internal body wisdom, therefore reducing stress on the tendons, ligaments and joints of the body promoting longevity and personal healing, on the Physical, Mental and Emotiontal aspects of our being.
