Dearest friends, times are changing... As a lot of you already know, this spring has been one of reflection, of going inside to feel where calls the heart next. And after a few months of taking time off work, the heart's call became loud indeed!
So this is it. We have now decided to leave Sweden and be nomads for a while. We will travel the world for a year or more, and then see where we are. We will start with Zimbabwe, for a couple of months, and then see where the wind takes us- India, Vietnam, Peru, New Zealand...
We are thrilled, happy, excited. We are rejoicing and in love with life.
And of course, we will be in touch.
We will share our journey but also carry on our teachings and private sessions, through skype or zoom or other internet format.
We leave but will remain present!
So make sure you keep an eye on here, and we will announce every time we make a step and build a new course on internet, or teach at a festival, or open for counselling.

One of our teacher once described s*x as a mutual ma********on. So true!
Sexuality can be so much more than that. It can be sacred, powerful, passionate and above all, deeply loving.
Then it really becomes interesting, moving you to new heights and states you had never even dreamt of!
Soon, in February, we will run a day course about sacred s*xuality and the heart. Stay tuned... !

This is so true!
So many schools now talk about mindfulness, alone or in relationships. The word is on everyone's lips.
Yet a relationship without kindness as a base is no relationship at all.
Pure, simple kindness and compassion. The desire and will to make the other happy. To love. This means the openess to understanding your loved one fully, to put yourself in his/her shoes and not to only want to be right.
Kindness goes very, very far. It is the basis of humanity.
So applying it to yourself, and to your relationship, will bring huge changes for the better...

Here's one thing that might be missing from your definition of mindfulness.

Do not allow anyone to treat you as ordinary.
Yet even more importantly, do not allow yourself to treat others as ordinary, especially your loved one.
One of the keys to a long, Radiant love relationship, is to worship and honour your beloved. Admire, be amazed, see the wonderful person and heart in front of you.
Be prepared to be surprised, allow yourself to truly see your beloved as they are, everyday changing, not as you expect to see them because you believe you know them.
I have lived together with Petur for more than 12 years, I see him daily and yet, still, I am amazed at how he surprises me.
I discover sides of him I never knew even existed.
I admire him with adoring eyes.
We are not ordinary.
We are sparks of the Divine, pure love.
We all are.
So do not allow anyone to treat you as ordinary.
And even more importantly, do not allow yourself to treat others as ordinary.
